According to The Express, the couple are thought to have only recently started dating.
Riley, 28, and Kovalev, 34, were partnered together on the talent show last year and at the time, there was speculation that they were romantically involved. Also at the time, Riley was married to her childhood sweetheart Jamie Gilbert, but their marriage came to an end last year, after just 16 months.
"Rachel and Pasha were clearly very close," an insider said at the time. "The amount of time she spent with him was too much for Jamie. It was the last thing the marriage needed."
It is thought Riley and Kovalev are "head over heels" in love, but they did not start a relationship until after Riley's marriage ended.
She and Gilbert married in August 2012 – seven years after they first started dating. The couple had dated for four years, then split in 2009, but got back together, announcing their engagement in 2011.
