The couple, who are thought to have slept together on a number of occasions while they were in the house, confirmed the news on Twitter.
The pair were paying a return visit to the house that features on the reality television show when Goode proposed. Their family and friends were also in attendance.
In a message to his followers, he later tweeted: "I am sitting inside the #bbuk with everyone I love so much! I can confirm @Kimberly_Kisse and I are engaged! So happy right now! Xxxxxx".
Speaking to the Daily Star, Goode also opened up about his plans for a lavish wedding, admitting: "I always dreamed of having a £1 million wedding. There will be huge parties over four days with a massive fireworks display. Watch this space."
He also hit out at claims that the couple, referred to as 'Steverly', are a publicity stunt.
"Previous BB couples may have been doomed, but they are not Steverly," he stated. "Kim and I will spend the rest of our lives together, and be the only couple in BB history to be genuine and together forever."
