The couple have been in a relationship for four months.
Speaking to Closer magazine, the 31-year-old also revealed she is always "dropping hints" to her partner, expressing her desire to tie the knot.
"I drop hints to Elliot all the time," she said. "My friends tell him how desperate I am to get married, to trigger the whole idea in his mind."
While Sims has not been married before, her partner has, and she feels this could be a reason as to why he has not popped the question just yet.
She shared: "He starts blushing when he's under pressure. I've never been married but Elliott has, so it's slightly different for him."
Wright only separated from his former wife in 2013, but he splits his time between the UK and Spain, where his children live with their mother.
Sims is also a mother to daughter Madison, from a relationship with her ex-fiancé.
