According to the Daily Mail, Bradbury is "ecstatically happy" at the news.
She is quoted as saying: "It's no secret that our son Zephyr was a longed-for baby, and we are thrilled at the prospect of having a brother or sister for him.
"As an older mum I feel incredibly lucky. I've reached the three-month mark and am keeping as fit and healthy as possible."
Bradbury, who has been in a relationship with property developer Gerard Cunningham, 55, for five years, gave birth to the couple's first child in 2011.
