On Thursday, People magazine first reported that the couple had called time on their relationship. This was later said to be confirmed by Derulo himself during a radio interview with KDWB.
When asked about the rumours, the 25-year-old alleged they are no longer together, but added: "Everything is cool man. It's not a bad situation, it's not one of those kinds of things."
Sparks, 24, and Derulo were first said to have been an item in 2011. They debuted their relationship in September of that year when they attended Spark's 22nd birthday party together. Just months before the couple ended their romance, they were the subject of engagement rumours. Neither Neither Sparks or Derulo commented on the claims.
