The 32-year-old was unceremoniously dumped by her partner on an episode of The Only Way Is Essex last night (8 October).
The couple's relationship was reported to have been on the rocks, but now it has been confirmed they are no longer together.
On Wednesday night, Pope confronted 24-year-old Bloor over allegations he had been unfaithful, to which he replied yes – a number of times.
When he was then asked if he had least used protection, he snapped: "Well there was a baseball bat in the room if that's what you mean."
A visibly upset Lauren accused him of being disrespectful. Sadly, his response proved just that, when he said: "Oh come on. Did you really think we were going to get married?"
As if that wasn't enough, he then went on to criticise his girlfriend's age, insinuating that she was actually 40, not 32.
"You're behaving like a 16-year-old when you're double the age. Actually you're probably more than double 16. It's time you got your passport out so we can all see how old you really are.
"You're probably about 40. Who wants to date a 40-year-old?"
Following the aired episode, a picture of Lauren's passport was quickly tweeted online to prove that she is telling the truth about her age, and on Thursday, she spoke to the MailOnline and hit out at her ex.
She said: "People always use the age thing against me. I'm a 32-year-old woman who's worked really hard to get where I am today. Being a strong independent woman who works hard should be something that is celebrated.
"My role models are in their forties – Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss and also one of the hottest women on the planet – Jennifer Lopez. She's in her forties and I'm sure plenty of men want to date her!"
