It will be the second child for The Saturdays' singer and her husband Ben.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, the 32-year-old said: "Ben was adamant from the moment we knew we'd conceived again that we were having a boy.
"I was convinced I was carrying a girl, mainly because this pregnancy is so similar to last time.
"I was actually a little bit taken aback when we found out we were going to have a son, but now I'm over the moon and can't wait to meet our little boy."
Una and Ben dated for three-and-a-half years before they married in the singer's native Ireland in June 2012. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Aoife Belle, in March 2013. Last month, the couple announced they were expecting their second child together via an Instagram post which showed Aoife wearing a t-shirt that read, 'I'm going to be a big sister'.
