The couple ended their engagement at the start of the year, but just weeks later, Sweeney, 43, discovered she was pregnant with her ex's child. The pair remained good friends following their split and it is understood Reilly was with his partner when she went into labour with their son, Jaxon, last month. Speaking to OK! magazine, however, the former actress has said they are a couple again.
She admitted that it was their child that helped to bring them back together.
"We're together all the time now," she commented. "The priority is the baby and Daniel is here supporting me and he is fantastic. Daniel has been living with me and looking after me. He's been so lovely."
She went on to say that her partner is a very "hands-on" dad.
She said: "He's been brilliant. He took him off me for a few hours this morning so I could sleep for a while.
"Daniel just took to nappy changing straight away and he's always there supporting me. I couldn't wish for anyone better."
