The couple, who had been married for almost seven years, started divorce proceedings in April 2012, just months after announcing they had separated.
Klum, 41, was the one to initiate the proceedings.
It has been reported by US media that the couple's divorce judgement was finalised by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas.
No details regarding how the former couple will split custody of their children, or their assets, have been disclosed in the judgement.
Klum and Seal, 51, started dating in February 2004. At the time, Klum was pregnant with Flavio Briatore's, her ex-boyfriend, child. In December 2004, Seal proposed to his partner and the following May, they married in Mexico.
The couple have three biological children together; sons Henry, born in September 2005 and Johan, born in November 2006. Their daughter, Lou, was born in October 2009. In late 2009, Seal officially adopted Leni – Klum's child with Briatore.
