The singer, who announced to her fans that she had gone into labour last week, welcomed her daughter earlier this week, but details have only been revealed.
Taking to Twitter, the former X Factor star confirmed she had given birth. She wrote: "I don't want to sleep I just want to look at her... thank you for all the love and support will update you all tomorrow my angel is here xx.
"She is so perfect my arabella is like a beautiful little doll xxx.
"Can't put her down she is ruined already such a happy mum xxx. (sic)"
Ferguson, 28, previously announced that she would call her daughter Arabella.
It is understood the singer has been with the father of her newborn for over a year, but refuses to talk about him or their relationship with the press. It is the couple's first child together, while Ferguson is also a mother to daughter Lillie May, nine, and seven-year-old Karl from a previous relationship.
News of Ferguson's pregnancy was first announced in April after she collapsed during a performance on Loose Women.
