Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has said she has no immediate plans to start a family with her husband Jean-Bernard.
The couple, who started dating after they met at the Cannes Film Festival in May, married in a secret ceremony in July. Their wedding was held on the Caribbean island of Mustique, with just four guests in attendance. Ever since their wedding news, the couple have been subjected to baby rumours, but the singer has now denied the claims, saying she has no plans to have children just yet.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, she added that she already has enough babies in her life, thanks to her friends. She is also busy looking after one of her young X Factor hopefuls Lauren Platt.
The 31-year-old, when asked about having kids, admitted: "Oh god. Kimberley [Walsh] just had her baby, a boy who I consider as a nephew. I don't need my own right now.
"I've got two... not so much in Lola, but I feel like I've got a little baby to take care of in Lauren on The X Factor, so I'm doing all right with 12 nieces and nephews, somebody on X Factor, and a baby with my best friend."
Just two weeks ago, Kimberley Walsh, who earlier this year welcomed her first child – Bobby – with partner Justin Scott, praised her friend's baby skills.
