The reality television star is thought to have revealed the news during an interview with make-up artists and blogging duo Pixiwoo.
They were quizzing Kardashian, 34, about her maternity wardrobe from her first pregnancy, when she revealed: "I just wore my regular clothes. I would just buy a size up.
"I don't know if I would necessarily do that this time around. I would wear..."
The mum then refused to say anymore, leading many to suggest that she is indeed pregnant and accidentally spilled the beans.
In September, Kardashian revealed she and her husband Kanye West were hoping to have another child soon. At the time, she said: "We're trying. I guess, it's all in God's hands."
The couple became parents for the first time in June 2013, following the birth of their daughter North 'Nori' West.
