The listing reads: "Mr C.E.J. Horner OBE and Geri Halliwell. The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs G.M. Horner and Geraldine, daughter of the late Mr L.F. Halliwell and Mrs A. Parkinson."
Halliwell, 42, and Horner, 40, the Team Principal of Infiniti Red Bull Racing Formula One team, revealed their relationship earlier this year, following weeks of speculation that they were dating. The pair have been friends since 2009.
Horner recently separated from his long-term partner of 14 years, Beverley Allen. Just six months previously, the couple welcomed a daughter together, called Olivia. Halliwell is also a mum, to eight-year-old daughter Bluebell from a previous relationship.
