EastEnders' Star Will Return After Pregnancy

Jacqueline Jossa has revealed she will return to EastEnders' after she gives birth to her first child.

The 22-year-old and her partner, TOWIE star Dan Osborne are expecting their first child together early next year, but Jossa has admitted she doesn't yet know how her pregnancy will affect her storyline on the soap.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said: "I am going to have to leave [the show] at some point to give birth, but I don't really know what will happen to my storyline. They're keeping a secret from even me because it's that tight.

"I don't have a clue either but I know I will be coming back. I read somewhere that I'm taking a year out which isn't true. I definitely want to go back."

The mum-to-be also dismissed claims about being pregnant at such a young age: "I'm 22, I'm not 17 and even so, some 17-year-olds are the most amazing mums. I don't think you can put an age on it I think it's all about being a mum and learning. No one knows how to be a mum until you are one."

Jossa announced her pregnancy news in August. While this will be her first child, her partner is already a father to 10-month-old son Teddy, from his relationship with an ex-girlfriend.
