The former X Factor singer welcomed her third child into the world last month, and while she has worked hard to keep the man's identity a secret, she has now revealed that their relationship ended shortly after she revealed her pregnancy.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, 28-year-old Ferguson said when she told her partner that she was expecting, he decided to end their relationship – but not before revealing he was also dating someone else.
She admitted: "On the outside everyone must have thought everything was rosy at home. I kept a smile on my face and kept all my feelings inside because I had this awful feeling of shame, but I was heartbroken.
"I was fuming when I found out, I was so angry. The way I was treated was wrong. I think some people think you're devastated because you want the man, but it's not that.
"It's devastating for a woman because it's a normal thing for your child to be wanted."
Ferguson, who is also a mum to Lillie May, nine, and seven-year-old Karl Jnr from her previous relationship with Karl Dures, also revealed how Dures is willing to help bring up Arabella as if she was his own daughter.
She explained: "Karl has been a huge support, we're really good friends. He was there for the birth and he has offered to adopt her and be her dad too.
"He has given her his name, which is lovely, so she will be the same as the other kids."
