The couple, who both star on reality television show The Only Way Is Essex, started dating earlier this year, but split after just a few months together.
Last month, Wright told OK! magazine that the pair's relationship ended because his girlfriend's nine-year-old daughter, Madison, felt "pushed out".
However, Sims has now hit out at the claims, telling the same publication: "It's [the relationship] over completely. Things were rocky between us anyway and then he spoke about my daughter, saying her sharing a bed with me didn't help our relationship, which really upset me.
"Madison is not the reason I split from Elliott. He just wasn't for me. He wants a little wifey that's going to stay at home and be happy with mediocre life – I'm not that. I've blocked him on everything."
The 32-year-old, who has been single for a number of years prior to her short-lived romance with Wright, added that her partner was quite controlling during their time together.
She claimed: "He tried to tell me I couldn't go on another girls' holiday. On holiday I had to FaceTime him every night to show him I was in. He didn't trust me."
Wright, 32, and Sims dated for four months. Prior to this relationship, Wright was married. He separated from his wife in 2013, and he currently splits his time between the UK and Spain, where his children live with their mother.
