The outburst by the 22-year-old came days after her boyfriend, Dan Osborne, appeared to suggest their relationship was in trouble.
It was claimed the couple's romance ended recently after Osborne cryptically posted a message to social media. Last month, he tweeted his followers: "Relationships just do not seem to work."
Osborne, 24, and 22-year-old Jossa started dating last year, but separated shortly afterwards when it was revealed the TOWIE star was expecting a child with his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin. Their son, Teddy, was born in December 2013, but the couple did not reunite.
A few months later, Osborne confirmed he was however once again dating Jossa, and in August, the pair announced they were expecting their first child together.
Osborne later admitted that his new relationship has been difficult for his ex, but it is now thought this also placed pressure on his relationship with Jossa as he tries to keep both women happy.
Ever since his tweet, the EastEnders' actress has stayed away from social media, but over the weekend she took to Twitter to lambast "sources" who discussed her personal life.
In a series of messages, she wrote: "Sick of reading so much about my life, from 'sources' that clearly don't know anything. So much ballsh*t I can't keep up. (sic)
"I hate feeling pushed into a corner, that I have to now speak about my private life to shut you all up.
"I am so bored of people talking about things they know NOTHING about."
Despite her outburst, neither Jossa nor Osborne have directly addressed reports over whether they are still together.
