The 24-year-old and her fiancé announced their engagement earlier this year, but due to the birth of their daughter Nelly just months later, they have not spent a lot of time planning their big day.
Speaking to new! magazine, the TOWIE star said: "We still don't know what we're going to do – we haven't found the right venue yet so we haven't set a date.
"By the time we get married Nelly will definitely be walking. She'll be our little flower girl."
The new mum also spoke of how the couple's relationship has changed as they both became parents.
"I suppose it has [changed our relationship]," she admitted. "We're both the same about Nelly, especially because she's our first. We just love her and probably give her too much attention."
Faiers and Shepherd, who have been in a relationship for more than two years, announced in January that they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, Nelly, was born in July.
