The rumoured beau has not been named, but earlier this month the model took to Twitter to reveal that it was one of the male celebs on this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Speculation quickly singled out Mark Wright, but a representative for the former TOWIE star was quick to deny the rumours. They said: "Mark denies ever inviting Katie to his house or a hotel."
While Price, 36, didn't mention it again, she has now spoken out and warned the mysterious man that he should be careful.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper the mum-of-five is quoted as saying: "I still don't want to name him. But what I will say to anyone who denies something that's true, never deny it where I'm concerned. I'm honest.
"I always tell the truth and I always keep backups and proof of everything everything. I have a vault of evidence to prove it, if I have to."
It is not known if Price intends to reveal the celebrity's identity.
