Stephen Fry Confirms He Is Married

Stephen Fry has married his fiancé Elliot Spencer.

The couple, who announced earlier this month that they were to marry, tied the knot at a registry office in Dereham, Norfolk.

The ceremony was kept a secret, with the comedian only sharing details of the wedding after it happened.


Taking to Twitter, the 57-year-old told his followers: "Gosh, @ElliotGSpencer and I go into a room as two people, sign a book and leave as one. Amazing."

He also uploaded a photo of the pair during the ceremony.

Fry and Spencer, 27, were first spotted together last November, but it is thought they started dating last summer. No further details are available.
