Branson, 32, became a mother for the first time in December 2014.
Taking to Twitter, she posted a photo of her twins wrapped up in a polka dot blanket as they slept. She captioned the image: "Sometimes miracles come in pairs."
The picture was also shared by Holly's father – Sir Richard Branson – on his blog, where he talks about his grandchildren.
He told his readers: "Enjoying a wonderful few days in Oxfordshire with Holly and Freddie, getting to spend some quality time with their new baby twins, Etta and Artie.
"I've been trying to stop myself from posting too many photos of our gorgeous new grandchildren, but like any proud grandad I can't resist!
"As the photo shows so clearly, sometimes miracles really do come in pairs!"
The two also shared an image of the businessman with the twins, with the new mum writing: "Love Dad's blog about Etta and Artie today – he's such a great Grandad (sic)".
Holly and her husband Freddie Andrews welcomed their twins in December 2014, having announced their pregnancy news in August.
