Chris O'Dowd and his wife Dawn O'Porter have become parents for the first time.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, O'Dowd confirmed he was now a father, by sharing an image of a baby – which had been photoshopped with his facial hair and his wife's bobbed haircut.
Alongside the image, the comedian wrote: "It's a boy! @hotpatooties & I would like to introduce Art O'Porter, our gorgeous baby. Well, I'm pretty sure he's ours."
His wife quickly retweeted the message, before adding: "Thanks all. He is one week old today. It's been a beautiful week. I think we'll definitely keep him ;)."
No further details are available.
O'Dowd, 35, and O'Porter, 36, announced their baby news in August 2014. The couple married in August 2012 after meeting through mutual friends.
