Andy Murray Confirms Wedding Date

Andy Murray and his fiancée Kim Sears will tie the knot on 11 April.

The couple, who announced their engagement in November 2014, will marry at the tennis star's Cromlix House Hotel in Dunblane. Murray, 27, bought the venue in 2013 for £1.8m and it has since undergone a major refurbishment to transform it into a 15-room luxury hotel and restaurant.


It is understood the couple's wedding will be private, with no magazine deals and only their family and close friends in attendance.

Murray and Sears, also 27, first met in 2005 at the US Open. They started dating shortly afterwards. In November last year, they confirmed their engagement.
