The 31-year-old took to Twitter to dismiss the claims on Tuesday.
In a tweet, the rapper responded to the rumours by telling his fans: "The internet is a funny place... The Mrs has been called pro-anorexia and pregnant in one day. What a pile of..."
He then moved to Instagram, where he shared a photo of his wife with a rounded tummy – which had been after she'd eaten a large meal.
He jokingly captioned the image: "Well this isn't going to do anything but fuel rumours @camillamackintosh."
Mackintosh has not addressed the claims herself, but did retweet her hubby's message.
Green, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, and Mackintosh started dating almost three years ago. In March 2013, they announced their engagement. That September, they married at Babington House in Bath, with their family and close friends in attendance.
