Danielle Armstrong has spoken out about her miscarriage.
The Only Way Is Essex cast member lost her unborn child last year and revealed she news on the reality television show. Her decision to share the news publicly on the show was criticised by many, with Armstrong herself admitting that it was hard for her to do. However, she stands by her decision, explaining that she wanted to clarify reports about her relationship with her TOWIE co-star James Lock at the time.
She is quoted by the media as saying: "The low of the last series was the beginning of Ibiza and talking about the miscarriage. It was hard to talk about.
"Obviously there are certain things you want to keep private, but as soon as people started speculating on what had happened – with some people saying James had cheated – I knew I had to tell the truth."
Despite facing some tough times in their relationship, Armstrong and Lock are still together, and just last month they took to Twitter to tease their fans about a potential engagement.
