The TOWIE star is reportedly dating Paul Day, a businessman and property developer from Essex.
It is thought the couple have been in a relationship since November 2014, but details are only emerging now.
A source is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Sam is head-over-heels in love. The only reason Sam has been keeping it under wraps for the past three months is because she is worried about how Paul will cope with being flung into the spotlight."
They added: "Paul is successful in his own right and Sam feels like he is more mature than Joey. He's shy, not a big drinker and is not on any social media. He is not after her fame. He is just a genuine, down-to-earth guy."
Faiers previously dated her TOWIE co-star Joey Essex. Following an on-off relationship, the pair ended their romance for good last September, but insisted they parted on amicable terms.
