The news was revealed during an interview with magazine Gritty Pretty.
The 27-year-old and her partner, Sam Worthington, are notoriously private about their relationship. They have previously confirmed they were dating, but have been the subject of wedding rumours for since late last year. They have not confirmed their marital status, but gracing the cover of the publication, the model is referred to as 'Lara Bingle Worthington'.
When asked about the romance, she simply replied: "There's no mystery anymore."
In a series of photographs for the magazine, the mum-to-be also revealed her baby bump, putting to rest speculation that the couple were expecting their first child together.
Bingle and Worthington, 38, confirmed their relationship in October 2013. They are thought to have married over the Christmas holidays last year, ahead of the birth of their first child which is due next month.
