Ricky Wilson has confirmed his five-year relationship with Lesley Williams has come to an end.
The singer, who is currently a judge on BBC's The Voice UK, said he and his girlfriend had called time on their romance due to Wilson's increased popularity as a result of appearing on the talent show.
Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous supplement, the 37-year-old said: "I took the risk of putting myself out there and I knew it was going to change me. I feel quite uncomfortable that I dragged someone else in who didn't want that. It's a huge part of my life and I find it tricky that I can't have it both ways."
A source is also quoted by the paper as saying: "Ricky always wanted to keep Lesley out of the limelight and hates the idea that people will be talking about their break-up."
Recently, Wilson was said to have been flirting with his fellow 'The Voice' judge, Rita Ora. However, Ora, 24, has denied they are romantically involved, saying they are just good friends.
