She also asked for primary physical cutody of the couple's three-year-old son, Luca, with 34-year-old Comrie being given visitation rights. Now, however, according to TMZ, her ex has responded to the singer's divorce filing and is said to be "demanding joint custody" of their son.
Duff and Comrie started dating in 2007. They announced their engagement in February 2010 and they married in Santa Barbara, California, in August of that year. The couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together the following year, and their son, Luca, was born in March 2012.
