The pair are rumoured to have been in a relationship since late 2014, but neither has commented on the claims. They have been spotted together on a number of occasions, one of the most recent being in New York City last month.
A source is quoted by People magazine as saying: "Both have full plates and they like it that way. They see each other when they can, yet each continues to do their own thing. They respect each other immeasurably.
"[They] are happier than ever. They have been spending a lot of time together."
They added that 38-year-old Martin is making "an effort to get to know her friends."
