The couple have been engaged for four years, but have never revealed a date for their big day.
Now, speaking to The Sun newspaper, the 37-year-old footballer has said he is finally ready to settle down with his partner.
He revealed: "We are going to do a small and pretty intimate wedding, not a surprise thing. We like our privacy."
Lampard also addressed the strength of the couple's relationship – especially as he now lives in New York as he commences on an 18-month contract with New York City Football Club, while Bleakley remains in the UK.
"We don't like being apart for too long," he admitted. "So we'll make it work. She'll be backwards and forwards probably more than me, but we're a couple who like to be together."
Bleakley, 36, and Lampard started dating in October 2009 after meeting at the Pride of Britain Awards. The couple announced their engagement in June 2011.
