A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "They want all their friends and family there. It'll be the most fun wedding ever!"
It is thought the ceremony will be held at the 140-acre Breakers Palm Beach resort in Florida.
Vergara, 43, and Manganiello, 38, started dating in June 2014 and announced their engagement on Christmas Day.
