The couple met through the television show Big Brother in 2013 when Clark hosted 'Big Brother's Bit On The Side' and Neal was a contestant on the show.
Speaking to Reveal magazine, Clark, 26, who shot to fame on The X Factor in 2012, said: "We both want the same day and it's going to be amazing. It's going to be soon – we did the food tasting on Friday.
"It'll be in the UK so I didn't want a wedding in the middle of summer because I get really hot in a suit so now is the perfect time."
He added: "All the bridesmaid dresses are done. Claire Richards from Steps is a bridesmaid and so is Hazel O'Sullivan who was in the Big Brother house with Dan."
Clark and Neal announced their engagement in September 2014.
