All four women were admitted to Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar, Co Mayo, on Tuesday (1 September).
Mairead FitzPatrick was the first to give birth. She welcomed a boy named Thomas Óg at 03:25am. Her sister, Joeline Godfrey, gave birth to a girl named Sorcha at around 11am. The third sister, Bernie Ward, gave birth to a boy called Phelim at around 8.30pm.
Their other sister, Christina Murray, is also a maternity patient at the same hospital. Her due date was Sunday, but she is now overdue.
The mothers and babies are all healthy, staff at the hospital have said.
