The former TOWIE star took to Twitter on Friday when he referred to Willis as his "fiancé".
Discussing his excitement at attending the PupAid event in London this weekend, Norcross said: "Can't wait to be a judge @PudAid 2moz with my beautiful fiancée and our little Scarlett."
Scarlett is Holli's daughter from a previous relationship.
It is understood Norcross and Willis dated a number of years ago before going their separate ways. Earlier this year, they bumped into each other on a night out, and the pair are understood to have been in a relationship ever since.
