The Take That singer appeared at the wedding reception of Natalie and Martin Purkis at the Lambert Arms hotel on Saturday. He serenaded the couple with the band's hit single, Rule The World.
Natalie is a fan of the 44-year-old, but she had no idea he would be making an appearance on her big day. Her new husband, Martin, had contacted Barlow via social media to persuade him to come to their wedding, after his announcement at the start of the year that promised he would surprise selected fans on their special day. Initially, Gary has said he would perform at three weddings, but after being inundated with requests, he increased his wedding appearances.
Following Saturday's reception, Barlow confirmed that was his last surprise wedding appearance of 2015. Taking to Twitter, he wrote:
"Well that completes my wedding appearances for 2015! Thank you to everyone who invited me to their special day!
"What started out as just a bit of fun turned into something much more meaningful and amazing.
"The incredible display of friendship and kindness showed by everyone involved was inspiring.
"I'll look back fondly at 2015 as the year of the Wedding crasher!"
