Professor Green has reportedly said he "can't wait" to become a father.
The 31-year-old is thought to have made the revelation to The Times newspaper.
Speaking to the publication with regard to his own up bringing, he is quoted as saying: "I can't wait to be a dad and here [in his new house] it's definitely a plan. It used to scare me because of my experience growing up, but I think I will be a good father."
The rapper, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, has previously said he is unsure about when he and his wife, Millie Mackintosh, will start a family. Most recently, he admitted he wasn't sure if the couple were leaving it too late to become parents.
Green and Mackintosh, 26, tied the knot in a private ceremony at Babington House in Somerset in September 2013.
