The couple initially separated in 2014, after two years together, but speaking to the Daily Mirror, Vorderman revealed they are now back together.
The 54-year-old told the publication: "It's quite a recent thing, but we're very happy. There's nothing not to love about Duffy."
Vorderman and Duff, 40, and a former Red Arrows squadron leader, first met due to the former's fundraising work with the RAF. In 2012, their friendship turned into romance.
