Glenn Close And Husband Divorce

Glenn Close and her husband, David Shaw, have divorced.

PageSix.com first reported the news on Wednesday evening, with a spokesperson for the actress later confirming the news. The couple are understood to have ended their marriage this past summer.


A source is quoted as saying the split is amicable, adding: "Glenn and David have been telling friends over the summer they are divorcing, and he'll remain living in Maine while Glenn moves back to New York full-time. They've been separated for some time and things are amicable between them."

Close, 68, and Shaw married in 2006. It was the third marriage for the actress.
