Khloe Kardashian has reportedly called off her engagement to Lamar Odom.
It is understood Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, was in court on Wednesday and asked the judge to withdraw the couple's separation papers. Both Kardashian and Odom are thought to have signed a document that was submitted without prejudice – meaning it can be refiled at a later date. The request was granted by the judge, TMZ has said.
The news comes just days after Odom was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada having been on an alleged drink and drugs binge. He has since started to recover, but it is understood he has a lengthy rehabilitation in front of him, but his estranged wife has pledged to stay by his side and help him.
Kardashian, 31, and Odom, 35, married in 2009 just one month after they met at a party. In December 2013, Kardashian filed for divorce following allegations that her husband had been unfaithful, as well as dealing with substance abuse issues. In July of this year, the couple signed off on their divorce papers.
