A source told The Sun: "Family and friends are thrilled for Natalie and have been buying gifts for them to celebrate."
Neither Natalie or Marc have confirmed the news.
Natalie split from her ex-fiance Adam Cottrell two years ago. He was charged with two offences of assault and two charges of criminal damage after an argument turned physical.
The pair have a daughter together.
