Suzanne and her fiancé Sam Greenfield welcomed their son Rafferty into the world on 06 October.
Speaking to OK! Magazine she said: "I was pushing this little man out, and Sam caught him. It was wonderful.
"Sam then passed him to me. We were all crying, including Mum who'd never seen anyone give birth. It was the most amazing feeling in the world."
Suzanne practiced the hypno-birthing method and had a pool set up in their home.
