Lawrence, 25, previously dated Hoult on-and-off for a number of years having worked on the X-Men franchise together. They separated for good last summer, but they have recently said to have grown close again. However, the actress is also said to have grown close to Hemsworth, who stars alongside her in The Hunger Games franchise – of which the newest movie was released last week. Hemsworth plays Lawrence's love interest in the movie.
A source is quoted by Closer magazine as saying: "Jen and Nicholas have always had a great connection, but because of how young they were when they fell in love, Jen is too hesitant about settling down with him too soon.
"She's always found Liam gorgeous and the pair get on well too. They're good friends and everyone has noticed how much chemistry they have. Jen knows they'll have to spend time together during promotion for the final [Hunger Games] film.
"She's worried about her feelings for Liam getting stronger and leaving her even more confused."
