Earlier this month, it was revealed that the couple had ended their short-lived romance after Wright shared a kiss with their co-star Lewis Bloor while she was dating Wicks.
Bloor later told Wicks of the kiss, causing the latter to end the relationship. However, during the finale of TOWIE's latest season on ITVBe, which aired on Wednesday night, the couple aired their problems, before deciding to give their romance another try.
In the episode, Wright could be seen telling her friends that her kiss with Lewis was "silly".
"He came over to kiss me, I kissed him, and then I was like 'woah, ridiculous, stop. Don't obviously tell anyone.'"
She then added that she was "fuming" with her co-star for telling her boyfriend. "I'll never trust him again," she said.
Lewis was also seen giving his side of events, though, telling his friend Lydia: "I didn't kiss her. She kissed me. I went over to her place to watch TV, then she went into her room to put a top on. When she came back out... and we kissed."
He added: "She rang me the other day saying, 'Look this is what I'm going to say. I'm going to say you came onto me.' But I told her that wasn't right because that's not what happened."
A showdown between the three then occurred at Jess's flat, which ended with her and Pete arguing.
"I didn't want anything from you Jess other than for you to just be you," he claimed. "That was it. I didn't want nothing from you, and you shut it all down about a relationship and I never asked you for that."
Yet she replied: "I don't want to jump into a relationship right now, I know you weren't saying it but you are half saying to me that I've strung you along. If anything I've lost you as a friend."
However, the pair later attended Nanny Pat's 80th birthday celebrations, where they both admitted they cared for each other, and wanted to try again.
