The couple were at the Bodo Schloss venue in London earlier this week as Nelson and her Little Mix bandmates celebrated the launch of their latest album. However, as the night wore on, the singer and her partner are said to have had an argument – with Nelson leaving the party early and in floods of tears.
An insider is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "The girls had been having a great night, dancing on the tables while bottles of vodka and Rick Ross champagne were flowing, but then in the early hours, Jesy and Jake had a tiff. Jake stomped off to a nearby hotel and Jesy was clearly sobbing as she took a cab home."
Nelson, 24, and Roche, 23, announced their engagement in July, following a year of dating.
