The actress has not commented on the claims, but she attended The Evening Standard Theatre Awards in London on Sunday night, where she was spotted without her wedding ring. It comes just days after Wiseman was photographed partying with model CJ Franco on a number of occasions recently.
People magazine has since quoted a source as saying: "They [Beckinsale, Wiseman] have both had complicated schedules and have grown apart."
They added that the pair remain on "friendly" terms, and there was "no drama" surrounding their separation.
Beckinsale, 42, and Wiseman, also 42, started dating in 2003 after meeting on the set of Underworld. The actress was starring in the movie, while Wiseman was the director. The couple, who were both in relationships at the time, ended those before they started dating. They have maintained that no infidelity took place. They married in May 2004 in Bel Air.
