According to TZ, the pair have now agreed on a divorce settlement, with Griffiths receiving a reported $65,000 a month in spousal support, as well as a house in Aspen, Colorado.
Banderas is understood to be keeping the money he made from films Spy Kids and The Mask of Zorro, while the pair will split all of the money they made from movies after 2004 – such as Shrek 2 and Puss in Boots – due to a post-nuptial agreement they made that year.
Griffith, 58, and 55-year-old Banderas married in May 1996 and have one daughter together, Stella. The couple also have children from previous marriages.
