The couple recently welcomed their second child, a son named Saint West, but they have now allegedly been told by doctors that this should be their last child.
According to TMZ, the 35-year-old reality star was diagnosed with placenta accreta during both of her pregnancies. The condition can be life-threatening, as the placenta abnormally attaches to the uterine wall. Doctors have since told Kardashian that she is almost guaranteed to develop the condition again if she falls pregnant, and that it would put her life, and that of her unborn child, at risk.
Kardashian and West, 38, are parents to two-year-old daughter, North West, and son Saint West, who was born at the beginning of December.
