The claims come just days after Kay was served a no-contact order by a judge when he appeared in court earlier this week. The 36-year-old was ordered to cease contact with his wife on Monday, having been in court charged with assault by beating and unlawful possession of a Taser. The charges relate to a domestic incident in September 2015 at the couple's home in Crowborough, East Sussex.
However, according to The Sun, Kay has been spotted in the area lately.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "George was at Kerry's house even though it could potentially be against the terms of his bail.
"Locals even spotted him taking the dog for a walk, and he only left to go home on Monday morning because he was due in court. He would have liked to stay longer.
"It's surprising behaviour from both of them but especially George. He's back at the scene of the apparent crime."
Katona and Kay started dating in 2012. They announced their engagement in 2013 and in April 2014, welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Dylan Jorge. In September of that year, the pair married. Katona is also a mum of four other children, from previous relationships.
