The couple, who separated in September 2013, have been spotted together on a number of occasions since the start of the year, with Cyrus also spending time with Hemsworth's sister-in-law, Elsa Pataky.
According to a report by Us Weekly earlier this week, the pair were seen "kissing and holding hands" at at a Golden Globe party thrown by CAA at West Hollywood's SoHo House. Shortly after this, Cyrus was spotted wearing a diamond ring which looked like the engagement ring she received from Hemsworth in 2012. The singer has also been pictured unloading boxes from a removal van at the actor's house in Malibu, California.
Neither have commented on the reports.
Recently appearing on 'The Kyle and Jackie O Show', Chris Hemsworth, Liam's older brother, was asked if the couple had reconciled, to which he replied: "Not that I know of mate."
However, he then started laughing and said he's always the last to know.
"I would find out through the press. I find out last most of the time," he admitted.
Cyrus, 23, and 26-year-old Hemsworth first met on the set of The Last Song in 2009. They dated on-and-off for three years before announcing their engagement in June 2012. In September 2013, it was reported that the couple had ended their relationship.
